SAN ANTONIO — According to San Antonio Police, one man was robbed and shot in the head at an apartment complex Friday night.
The incident occurred on the 200 block of Victor Street around 9:00 p.m. Friday.
Police say a man in his mid to late 30s was robbed at an apartment complex and after the robbery was shot in the head. Officials say the suspect then fled the scene.
Several shell casings were found at the scene and two vehicles sustained damage from gunfire, according to SAPD.
The man was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
