
Officers are investigating after a man was wounded early Wednesday near Tobin Hill.
SAN ANTONIO — Police say one man is in critical condition after an early morning shooting Wednesday just north of downtown.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, officers were called to the area around 5:28 a.m. near North St. Mary’s Street and East Euclid Avenue.
Authorities say a 30-year-old man was walking his dog when he was hit by gunfire. The man was hit once in the torso and taken to the hospital in critical condition.
Police say the scene remains active as investigators work to determine how the shooting began.
No suspect information was immediately released.
