A suspect is on the run and a man fighting for his life after he was found “bleeding profusely” near a car wash in San Antonio, police say.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a suspect after finding a man with a stab wound in his neck
Around 7:10 p.m., SAPD responded to the 5900 block of South Flores Street after receiving reports of a man with stab wounds.
Police said the victim was found “bleeding profusely” when they went to a nearby store asking for help and to call 911 before collapsing at a car wash in the area.
SAPD said there is a lot of people they could “allude to as suspects,” but nobody has been identified as a person of interest as of now.
The victim has not been identified but authorities say he is in life-threatening condition.
This is an ongoing investigation.
