The victim was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
SAN ANTONIO — A late-night family fight ends with a man stabbed in the eye on San Antonio’s west side, according to police.
It happened just before 10 p.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of Gunsmoke Street, a few blocks from Highway 90.
Police say the victim’s adult stepson attacked him with a knife during a backyard fight.
The man was rushed to University Hospital with a stab wound to his right eye and is in stable condition.
Police say the stepson was detained at the home.
