Police are looking for a murder suspect named Avory Michael Rowe, who is considered armed and dangerous.
SAN ANTONIO — Authorities are investigating after a man’s body was found in an area on the west side of San Antonio Tuesday.
The body was found around 8:15 a.m. at North San Jacinto Street and West Martin Street, just west of downtown.
“The investigation is still ongoing at this point, and we have everybody working to try to figure out exactly what happened,” a police spokesperson said at the scene.
Officials have identified the body as 49-year-old Robert Ibarra. Police are treating the investigation as a homicide because they believe there was evidence of foul play.
On Friday, SAPD released the name and photos of Avory Michael Rowe, the murder suspect. He is considered dangerous.
