SAN ANTONIO — Authorities are investigating after a man’s body was found in an area on the west side of San Antonio Tuesday.
The body was found around 8:15 a.m. at North San Jacinto Street and West Martin Street, just west of downtown.
“The investigation is still ongoing at this point, and we have everybody working to try to figure out exactly what happened,” a police spokesperson said at the scene.
No further information was released on the victim’s identity, cause of death or circumstances leading up to the discovery.
Residents are urged to contact police with any information that might be helpful in the investigation.
