FORECAST DETAILS:
Happy Tuesday!
You’ll notice the humidity when you walk outside this morning. Early cloud cover will start to break up more throughout the day, leading to partly cloudy skies and mid-90s by the afternoon.
Factor in that moisture, though, and feels-like temperatures upwards of 105°+ will be possible in a few locations. As a result, Heat Advisories have been issued along and east of the I-35 corridor today, running through 7 pm. Stay cool and hydrated!
Like yesterday, a few isolated afternoon showers will be possible mainly south and east of San Antonio, but unfortunately more of us than not will miss out.
With high pressure still in control of our weather pattern through the remainder of the week, more of the same is in store each day: highs in the mid-90s, partly cloudy skies, and a few isolated coastal showers.
This weekend, however, we’ll be keeping eyes on the potential to see some Saharan Dust move into parts of the area, leading to a slight haze in the sky along with the potential to see more vibrant sunrises and sunsets. More on that to come in the days ahead!
Until then — have a great Tuesday. ~ Mia
