Officials in Bexar County are asking for your help in finding a missing 20-year-old woman.
Heaven Lee Hernandez is 5’2″ tall, weighs about 150 pounds and has brown eyes and brown hair.
Hernandez was last seen leaving the Center for Healthcare Services at 601 N Frio. She has a tattoo sleeve on her left arm, and the word “ambition” on her right arm.
