SAPD says Daniel Garza is diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.

SAN ANTONIO — A Silver Alert has been issued for a 67-year-old San Antonio man last seen Wednesday on the far north side.

Authorities say Daniel Garza disappeared from the 14000 block of O’Connor Road, in the area of Nacogdoches and Judson, around 4 p.m. He is mostly bald with brown eyes; stands 5-foot-6; weighs about 140 pounds; and was last seen wearing a brown camouflage jacket.

The San Antonio Police Department also says Garza has a cognitive impairment, and believe his disappearance “poses a credible threat” to his safety.
