Missing 75-year-old man found safe

He had last been seen on Tuesday around 1:15 p.m. on the 1300 block of McCullough Avenue.

The missing 75-year-old man has been found safe.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a 75-year-old man with cognitive impairment who was last seen on Tuesday around 1:15 p.m. just north of downtown.

The San Antonio Police Department says that the missing man was last seen near the 1300 block of McCullouh Avenue by Brooklyn Avenue.

Law enforcement officials believe his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.
