San Antonio police are searching for a missing 81-year-old woman diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
She was last seen at 11 a.m. Monday morning in the 4800 block of Guadalajara Drive on the northeast side of town.
She was wearing a knitted black cardigan and red slacks.
Police believe her disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety.
