KENDALL COUNTY, Texas — The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office has discontinued their search for a 79-year-old male with cognitive impairment.
“On behalf of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, we would like to thank the multiple agencies, volunteers and everyone who assisted in the search,” KCSO posted on Facebook. “The missing person, David Lawhorn has been found, currently being transported to a local hospital for evaluation. A special thank you to all the citizens who assisted us in searching their properties as well as Alamo Area Search and Rescue for their help.”
Officials said his disappearance posed a credible threat to his own safety as he has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
