The Silver Alert has been discontinued after San Antonio Police say he has been found.

The San Antonio Police Department is looking for a 75-year-old man with a cognitive impairment, last seen on the northwest side Thursday morning.
He has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment. Law enforcement believes his disappearance poses a threat to his own health and safety.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call SAPD at 210-207-7660.
