SAN ANTONIO — Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating a 42-year-old woman who went missing earlier this week in northwest Bexar County.
Katrina Mayfield was last seen around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday leaving a business and walking northbound in the 18000 block of Bandera Road, the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said.
Mayfield is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. She was wearing jeans, a white shirt and a gray hat when she was last seen.
Officials said Mayfield has a medical condition and does not own a cell phone.
