The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a woman last seen Monday in the city’s northwest side.
Officials issued an Endangered Missing Persons Alert for the 30-year-old woman.
She has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability and authorities believe her disappearance poses a credible threat to her own health and safety.
