
Police say the motorcyclist lost control and hit the curb, causing him to fly off the motorcycle.
SAN ANTONIO — Another motorcyclist is dead following a high-speed crash on the northwest side of San Antonio early Monday morning.
It happened around 2 a.m. on West Hausman Road near the Interstate-10 access road.
Police say a man in his 20s was traveling at a high rate of speed when he hit the curb at the intersection of W. Hausman Rd. and the access road of I-10, causing him to lose control of his bike. He got thrown from his bike and landed on the off ramp of I-10 at De Zavala Road.
He died on impact, officers say. They did attempt CPR on the victim, but said that it was too late to save him.
His identity has not been released.
