Police say no charges are expected to be filed.
SAN ANTONIO — A man was struck by a small sedan while crossing an intersection on the south side Thursday night, San Antonio Police say.
Police were called to the 10600 block of Roosevelt Avenue around 10 p.m.
Authorities say a man was crossing the street along Roosevelt when he was struck by a car. The driver of the sedan and the driver of a fuel truck stopped to render aid.
The man was taken to a local hospital with a swollen head and broken leg.
No charges are expected to be filed, police say.
