University City authorities said 61-year-old Constance Seinwill allegedly confessed to killing her husband Ronald Seinwill Tuesday night.
UNIVERSAL CITY, Texas — An arrest affidavit claims 61-year-old Constance Seinwill allegedly confessed to killing her husband Ronald Seinwill Tuesday night.
Police said Constance ran to a neighbor’s home the next day and told a neighbor she had killed her husband. She claimed to have hit him once and when he fell, she kept hitting him.
Around 11:30 Wednesday morning, that neighbor called police to report the murder. When authorities arrived, they found Robert dead in their living room on Rising Star.
Police said Constance told them she doesn’t remember what she used to hit Ronald, or where she may have put the weapon. Right now, investigators are trying to figure that out.
The couple’s daughter told KENS 5 that her parents were together more than 40 years and had problems like any relationship.
She added that her father had been sober for 23 years while her mother struggled with alcohol and anxiety.

Their daughter went on to say her brother died seven years ago and that took a toll on them.
“This shouldn’t have happened and I’m not too sure how to feel,” she said. “But at the end of the day they are both my parents and I will always love them.”
“My dad was my best friend,” she said.
Constance is charged with murder and is being held at the Bexar County Jail.
