NBA FINALS SCHEDULE: Here’s when the Spurs and Knicks will play for the championship

It’ll be a rematch of the 1999 Finals when San Antonio and New York face off. Here’s when the best-of-seven series begins.

SAN ANTONIO — One series ends, and another begins. 

The biggest series for the San Antonio Spurs in 12 years, if you wanted to get particular about it. 

The Silver & Black withstood the Oklahoma City Thunder in the Western Conference Finals, winning two straight elimination games to punch their ticket to the NBA Finals—and a date with the New York Knicks. The Spurs will have home-court advantage. 

It’ll be a rematch of the 1999 Finals, when San Antonio won its first championship. 

Who will have the upper hand in this rematch 27 years later? We’ll find out when the best-of-seven series gets underway. All games will be carried on ABC.

  • Game 1: Wednesday, June 3 – Spurs vs. Knicks. Tipoff at 7:30 p.m. CT. 
  • Game 2: Friday, June 5 – Spurs vs. Knicks. Tipoff at 7:30 p.m. CT.

  • Game 4: Wednesday, June 10 – Spurs @ Knicks. Tipoff at 7:30 p.m. CT.
