
BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — Nearly 1,000 grams of black tar heroin was seized by the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office during a traffic stop on the southwest side.
BCSO said they initiated a traffic stop on Loop 1604 and utilized a K9 unit.
The K9 gave a positive alert at the front of the vehicle and deputies reportedly located two cans at the “natural void found at the base of the windshield.”
Deputies said both cans contained a combined street value amount of approximately $91,700 of black tar heroin which weighed a total of 917 grams
The 63-year-old woman who was operating the vehicle was arrested and booked as an in-transit prisoner for Federal Prison, according to BCSO.
