The system will prioritize and ensure the land owned by the city goes to a community land trust who provides the most affordable and supportive housing.
Stay SA is a policy to speed up affordable housing construction and find strategies to encourage developers to build more affordable homes.
Councilwoman Castillo and Congressman Casar are going to be at City Hall at 10 a.m. Wednesday morning to highlight more details about these policies.
Other San Antonio leaders will also be there to support.
