NFL playoff schedule: When are the Wild Card round matchups?

The opening round of the 2025 NFL playoffs features six games as 14 teams still have a shot at making the Super Bowl.

WASHINGTON — The NFL postseason schedule is set and there are still 14 teams with a shot at making the 2025 Super Bowl

With the Detroit Lions securing the No. 1 seed in the NFC, the road to the Super Bowl for that conference will go through Motown. 

The Kansas City Chiefs are the No. 1 seed in the AFC as their quest for a historic Super Bowl three-peat hits the next level. 

The opening round of the 2025 NFL playoffs kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 11 and runs through Monday, Jan. 13. You can see the full playoff schedule below.

Los Angeles Chargers at Houston Texans, 4:30 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+) 

Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens, 8 p.m. ET (Prime Video) 

Sunday, Jan. 12

Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills, 1 p.m. ET (CBS, Paramount+)

Green Bay Packers at Philadelphia Eagles, 4:30 p.m. ET (Fox) 

Washington Commanders at Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 8 p.m. ET (NBC, Peacock) 

Monday, January 13

Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Rams, 8:15 p.m. (ESPN/ABC/ESPN+/ESPN Deportes; ManningCast-ESPN2/ESPN+) 

The matchups and times for the four divisional round games will be set after the Wild card round. 

In the NFC, the No. 1 seed Lions will host the NFC team with the lowest seed. 

In the AFC, the No. 1 seed Chiefs will host the AFC team with the lowest seed.
