This season, nurses are helping newborns and NICU babies write their very first letters to Santa, creating sweet moments for families welcoming their newest additions. From storybooks and lullabies to extra hugs from mom and dad, the tradition is spreading joy throughout the maternity unit.

For families with babies in the NICU, the experience has been especially meaningful.
“Having a baby in the NICU can feel overwhelming, but families don’t have to face it alone,” said Lucy Koneri, Director of Women’s Services at the hospital. “Creating joyful moments like this helps bring comfort during a challenging time.”
Located near Highway 151 and Loop 1604, the hospital offers private NICU rooms and a compassionate team dedicated to caring for families — and adding a little holiday magic along the way. 🎄👶
