NIOSA unveils three Fiesta medals available in 2025

They also announced their two parade marshals: Jennifer Fraga and Bobby Magee.

SAN ANTONIO — Everyone’s favorite party with a purpose is made a big announcement Tuesday.

Team leaders with NIOSA unveiled three Fiesta medals for 2025 and introduced their two parade marshals to the world. In addition, they made a very special announcement aimed at beer lovers in town.

The fanfare got underway at 10:30 a.m. at a private reception in the Gardens of Casa Villita, 511 Villita Street (across from Little Church of La Villita).

NEW THIS YEAR:  A “Drive-Through Medal Sale” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 1 and Saturday, Feb. 8 from the front porch of the NIOSA headquarters at 227 S. Presa.  All 3 medals will be on sale; cash and credit cards accepted.

The medals went on sale immediately following the unveiling.

Also during the press conference, NIOSA announced they are partnered with Glazer’s Beer & Beverage once again.

NIOSA also announced their two parade marshals.

The first marshal announced was Jennifer Fraga, the Downtown Operations Special Projects Manager of Events. The second marshal announced was Bobby Magee, the managing partner for Escalara, the company that owns the assembly building.
