No charges expected to be filed after man hit by pickup truck, police say

The driver of the pickup truck did stop to render aid.

SAN ANTONIO — No charges are expected to be filed after a driver in a pickup truck hit a 25-year-old man while he was trying to cross the street late Sunday night.

It happened around 10:17 p.m. on Southeast Military Drive near South W.W. White Road.

Police say the man was crossing the road with a shopping cart when the truck hit him.

Officers say the driver did stop to render aid and no charges are expected.

The man was taken to BAMC in critical condition.
