GRANDVIEW, Texas — A Johnson County resident is the latest in Texas to claim a $1 million scratch-off ticket prize in the Millionaire Maker Texas Lottery game, lottery officials announced.
A Grandview resident bought the $1 million prize-winning ticket at a Mr. G’s convenience store at 520 Corsicana Highway in Hillsboro, according to a press release. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
The Grandview resident’s winning ticket was the 10th of 15 top prizes worth $1 million to be claimed in the Millionaire Maker game, according to Texas Lottery.
Before the Grandview winner, a Millionaire Maker $1 million prize-winning ticket was claimed in Arlington, according to Texas Lottery officials.
The Millionaire Maker game offers more than $200 million in total prizes. Overall odds of winning any prize in the game are one in 3.54, including break-even prizes, according to Texas Lottery.
