KERRVILLE, Texas — A Kerrville man is behind bars after police say he attempted to rob a bank Tuesday afternoon, prompting a swift response from officers that ended with his arrest just minutes later.
According to the Kerrville Police Department, officers were called to the Kerr County Federal Credit Union in the 2300 block of Junction Highway around 12:51 p.m. for reports of a robbery in progress.
