
Deputies were able to arrest Adam Hernandez. He has been charged with capital murder of multiple people along with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
MEDINA COUNTY, Texas — Two people are dead and one is in the hospital after a triple shooting in Hondo. Medina County Sheriff’s Office say the suspect has been arrested.
The shooting happened around 12:40 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of CR 4636. Deputies responded to the scene following a 911 call received by dispatch in regard to suspicious activity.
When they arrived, they found three victims suffering from “gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma.” A 52-year-old man and an unidentified female was pronounced dead at the scene. A third victim, a 59-year-old female, was taken to the hospital and is currently being treated.
Deputies were able to identify and arrest 36-year-old Adam Hernandez. He has been charged with capital murder of multiple people along with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The names of the victims have not been released by officials as they haven’t told the next of kin yet.
