Kywaun Washington, 26, is accused of shooting his father and brothers on Father’s Day.
SAN ANTONIO — An Oklahoma man accused of shooting his father and two brothers on Father’s Day has been arrested in San Antonio, officials say.
According to a Facebook post, 26-year-old Kywaun Washington was with his father and brothers celebrating Father’s Day in the 4700 block of North Denver in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday.
Around 5:15 p.m., Tulsa police were called to the home where they found two of the men with multiple gunshot wounds. They later were told another one of the men was in the hospital in critical condition.
Eventually, Washington was determined to be the suspect. On Tuesday, he was charged with three counts of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
The next day he was arrested in San Antonio and booked into the Bexar County jail. It’s unclear why he was in San Antonio.
He will be brought back to Tulsa to face his charges.
