Brad Simpson is accused of killing his wife Suzanne about four months ago.
SAN ANTONIO — She has last seen alive four months ago and now Suzanne Simpson’s husband is expected back in court Wednesday morning.
The Olmos Park man is suspected of killing her and hiding the body. We believe this is just going to be a check in with the judge, which is common to see how both sides are progressing in the case.
This is also Brad Simpson’s first hearing in the new year.
We last saw him in December when a judge made slight modifications to his bond conditions.
It came shortly after he was indicted on several charges including murder in the death of his wife Suzanne.
The Olmos Park mother was last seen alive on October 6 and Brad has been in custody since October 9.
Just last week, James Cotter, the man arrested and accused of trying to help Brad hide a gun, was in court.
He asked the judge to lift travel restrictions put on him, and the court did.
Cotter can now travel for work in California and meet with his family in Oklahoma. However, he must remain on GPS tracking as part of the deal.
As for Brad, he is set to be in court Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.
We will be there and update you on what happens next.
