A 40-year-old male was found laying in the street with life threatening gunshot wounds but is reported to be in stable condition.
SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are searching for a man who was involved in a shootout in the Government Hill neighborhood that left another man with life threatening injuries.
SAPD said they received a call reporting that a man was lying in the street with gunshot wounds. The 40-year-old male was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries but is reported to be in in stable condition now.
The victim told police that as a male was passing by, they exchanged words before the men started shooting at one another. The victim was reportedly shot in the leg, back and shoulder but couldn’t tell if the other man involved was shot as he ran from the scene.
The victim said he doesn’t know if he personally knows the other man or not.
