SAN ANTONIO — One man was taken to the hospital after he was stabbed on the southeast side Friday night, according to San Antonio Police.
The incident occurred on Howel Street around midnight Thursday.
Police say the fight happened after someone was speeding down the street or revving their engine in the neighborhood.
At some point an altercation took place and one person was stabbed, officials say.
The person stabbed was transported to the hospital.
