SAN ANTONIO — Emergency crews responded to a fatal crash Thursday morning on the northwest side, officials say.
The call came in around 6:50 a.m. near Babcock Road and St. Cloud.
San Antonio fire officials say one person was pronounced dead upon arrival. Another person was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.
