One person seriously injured in shooting on southeast side, officials say

The shooting was reported just before 11 a.m. at Goliad Road near the intersection with I-37.

SAN ANTONIO — One person has serious injuries after a shooting on the southeast side of San Antonio, officials said.

The shooting was reported just before 11 a.m. at Goliad Road near the intersection with I-37.

The San Antonio Fire Department confirmed one person was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

There is no word on what led up to the shooting. A KENS 5 crew is working to gather more information at the scene.
