
Police are investigating a hit-and-run that left a 64-year-old pedestrian seriously injured, urging public help to find the driver.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian seriously injured Saturday night on the city’s northwest side.
Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Wurzbach Road and Colonnade Boulevard around 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 13 for a major accident involving a pedestrian and an unknown vehicle.
According to SAPD, a 64-year-old man was crossing the road from south to north in a marked crosswalk when he was struck by an unknown sedan. The driver continued traveling without stopping to render aid.
The pedestrian suffered serious bodily injuries at the scene and was transported to a local hospital for further treatment.
No suspects have been apprehended at this time. The incident remains under investigation, and police say information is subject to change.
