SAN ANTONIO – A pickup truck crashed into the storefront of a cellphone store Monday on the Northwest Side.
Police said the driver of the pickup was going to pay his wireless phone bill at a Metro by T-Mobile store in the 9100 block of Grissom Road when he pressed the gas instead of hitting the brakes.

The driver’s mistake sent the pickup into the store, leaving a gaping hole in the storefront.
No injuries were reported.
Police don’t plan on filing charges against the driver.
