
The district’s superintendent confirmed one of their school busses, which had students aboard, was involved in a “major accident” Thursday afternoon.
SAN ANTONIO — Pleasanton ISD has confirmed a school bus with students inside was involved in a major accident Thursday afternoon.
Around 5 p.m., officials responded to the 2100 block of Second Street after receiving reports of a major accident involving a school bus.
Preliminary reports form the district suggests all students and the bus driver are “fine.”
Pleasanton ISD’s Super Intendent Cheryl Barron said as far as she knows at this time, “only the bus was involved” in the accident. She added that the reunification center is set up at Pleasanton Primary.
