
Several months ago, Pleasanton PD got reports from neighbors saying people were constantly entering and leaving a home and suspected drugs were involved.
SAN ANTONIO — 12 people are arrested in Pleasanton after police say they found methamphetamine and heroin during a search warrant.
It happened Thursday afternoon around 3 p.m. at a home in the 500 Block of Trade Street.
Several months ago, Pleasanton PD got reports from neighbors saying people were constantly entering and leaving a home and suspected drugs were involved.
Throughout the investigation, detectives arrested multiple people leaving the home having both heroin and meth.
Detectives got a search warrant on June 4, and the search a day later led to 12 people being arrested.
Pleasanton police and Texas DPS say they found heroin and meth inside the home.
So many arrests were made, the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office had to provide a transport van to move everyone at once.
Seven people were arrested and are now facing multiple charges for possession of drugs.
Two of the suspects were also wanted on past theft warrants in Pleasanton.
Pleasanton PD says this is still an active investigation and says more arrests can be made.
