The victim was unable to give police any details other than that he had been shot.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating after a man was found shot in the stomach on the west side of town late Saturday night.
It happened around 9:30 p.m. in the 400 block of Oriental Avenue near Frio City Road.
When officers arrived at the location, the 34-year-old man told police that he had been shot.
He was taken by EMS to the hospital in critical condition. It is unknown at this time what led to the shooting.
Police have no information or description of the suspect at this time.
