Police investigating after man found stabbed on his back

Police don’t have much to go on as far as a suspect because the victim is not cooperating.

SAN ANTONIO — A man was found by police on the southeast side of town with multiple lacerations on his back Friday afternoon.

Officers with SAPD responded to the 2000 block of Goliad Road near Pecan Valley Drive around 2:30 p.m. for reports of a cutting.

When police arrived at the location, they found a 38-year-old man with severe lacerations to his upper back.

The victim refused to give officers any information on what had happened, or even a description of the suspect.

The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition and with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police aren’t sure where the attack took place but will be investigating.

This is a developing story.
