
Police are investigating a murder on San Antonio’s far north side Tuesday morning.
SAN ANTONIO — A “high-profile murder” investigation is underway after a 79-year-old man was found stabbed to death inside his home.
The incident happened in the 19200 block of Reata Trail in the Stone Oak area Tuesday morning.
Authorities believe the suspect, who is currently in custody and not from Texas, may be related to the victim.
Investigators say an argument escalated inside the home before the suspect allegedly attacked and fatally stabbed the elderly man.
The suspect was later arrested in Kendall County. It is believed the suspect is a family member of the victim.
A housekeeper discovered the body and called police. The victim has not yet been identified by authorities.
