SAN ANTONIO — Police say a security guard shot at a woman who allegedly tried to run him over after being asked to leave the premises early Sunday morning.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. in the 3600 block of South W.W. White Road, not far from Southeast Military Drive.
Police were called to the scene for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived, they met with a 35-year-old security guard for a nearby business who told police that he was asked by staff to remove the woman from the business, due to her actively causing a disturbance.
She was escorted out to her vehicle and asked to leave. She got inside her vehicle and allegedly tried to run over the security guard multiple times in her white Ford F150 truck.
The guard then fired multiple shots towards her vehicle, and she drove off. Nobody was injured.
No apprehensions have been made at this time.
It is still an active and ongoing investigation.
