SAN ANTONIO — A young man was shot in what police say was a drive-by shooting at the mobile home park on the west side where he lives early Monday morning.
San Antonio Police responded to the Lackland Mobile Home Park on U.S. Highway 90 near Loop 410 around 3:15 a.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the location, they found an 18-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He told police that he was asleep when someone drove by his mobile home and fired off some rounds.
He was taken to University Hospital in stable condition.
