Police say the car went off the road and crashed into an embankment.
SAN ANTONIO — Police say a man crashed his car on the west side then just left his passenger to fend for himself, alone and injured.
This happened on Loop 410 near the Highway 151 access road just after 2:30 a.m. Monday morning.

Officers tell us the driver took off, leaving behind his passenger, a man in his 50s, with a gash on his head. The passenger refused treatment for his injury.
No word yet if any charges will be filed.
