The driver is being evaluated for DWI at the hospital.
SAN ANTONIO — Police say a speeding driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into a home on the west side of town early Tuesday morning.
It happened around 1:15 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Ellison Drive near Marbach Road.
The driver crashed into the front of the house causing minimal damage to the structure, according to police.
She was taken to University Hospital with minor injuries and will be evaluated for possible intoxication. Police say she had four other people with her in the car when it crashed.
