SAN ANTONIO — A man who was found stabbed in the arm on the west side apparently isn’t giving police much help, officials say.
San Antonio Police officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Menchaca around 10:20 p.m. Tuesday to find a man with a stab wound to his left arm.
Officials tell us there was no crime scene to be found.
Police say the man was not cooperative and they do not have a suspect description at this time.
The victim was taken to University Hospital and is expected to be okay.
