Police investigate a domestic dispute that turned violent on the southwest side, with a man reportedly stabbed and both parties injured.
SAN ANTONIO — Police are looking for a man who may have been stabbed in a dispute with his spouse at a home on the southwest side Tuesday.
The stabbing was reported just before 3 p.m. in the 12300 block of Southwest Loop 410, which is near the intersection with Somerset Road.
Police say a man and woman in a relationship were having an argument when it turned violent. Police say the woman has injuries consistent with domestic violence and the man may have been stabbed in the back. They could not confirm the stabbing because the man took off on foot.
Police said they were still looking for the man and could not say yet whether there would be charges for any of the people involved.
This is a developing story and further details will be added as they are received.
