Reason: Multiple days of possible storms and heavy rain.
The ingredients remain in place for storms that could form at any given point in the day and move eastward through the area.
Any storm that forms could bring in a brief period of heavy rainfall, which is why the National Weather Service is keeping our flood watch until Monday evening.
The pattern of possible waves of storms throughout the day will continue for most of the new week ahead.
As part of Flood Awareness Week, the San Antonio Fire Department this week shared its list of 10 dangerous low water crossings in the city, basing it off the number of water rescues over the last decade.
