SAN ANTONIO — A woman believed to be homeless was found dead from possible heat stroke on Thursday afternoon, according to San Antonio police. Authorities said the woman appeared to be homeless.

Renters in one Medical Center apartment complex claim they are dealing with the scent of death after their neighbor was found decomposed inside his unit.
