Authorities believe the man hospitalized was the aggressor in the situation and the man who shot him acted in self defense.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department said one person has been hospitalized in critical condition after being shot on the northwest side.
Around 6 p.m. on Tuesday, SAPD responded to the 6700 block of Spring Hurst Drive after receiving reports of a shooting at a nearby bus stop.
Police said two men exchanged words before both pulled out a gun and fired shots.
One man was shot in the chest and taken to the hospital in critical condition. Authorities believe he was the aggressor in the situation and the man who shot him acted in self defense.
